IT Business Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Title Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr Requirement/Must Have 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement. 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation. 2+ years of experience in user story creation and acceptance criteria. 2+ years of experience in SQL (Data Analysis & Reporting). 2+ years of experience in Power BI. 2+ years of experience in advanced Excel (Reporting, Analysis, Dashboards). 2+ years of experience in JIRA and Confluence. 2+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 2+ years of experience in SDLC knowledge. 2+ years of experience in cross-functional team collaboration. 2+ years of experience in business-to-technical requirements translation. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) preferred. Responsibilities Partner with Manufacturing Operations in creating business value through new product introductions, productivity, and process improvements. Gather and analyze business requirements. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams. Create and maintain business and functional requirements. Support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training. Have a good understanding of MES systems. Manage stakeholder expectations. Nice to Have Experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in a GxP environment. Experience in manufacturing operations. Experience with software development or configuration tools. Skills Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools. Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities. Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
