Job Summary Work Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40‑hour work week Experience: Approximately 8+ years of business analysis, operational process improvement, project management, or comparable blends of technical and operational experience. Certification Preferences: PMP certification is a plus; additional technical certifications are a plus; Product Owner certification preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Team of 6 – must support funding acquisition for upcoming projects. Collaborate with the PM, business teams, and IT to gather detailed requirements for IT solutions, business processes, and procedures. Learn project objectives, shadow business groups, and understand stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities Act as subject‑matter expert on complex systems or applications. Proactively analyze client needs, collaborate with internal teams, and recommend initiatives that enhance system performance and business strategy. Balance constraints of multiple stakeholders, mandating decisions that optimize system usage. Lead or collaborate with internal teams on prioritization and implementation of initiatives. Communicate with stakeholders, present status reports, and recommend solutions. Recommend and implement system‑based solutions responding to business issues. Develop overall product strategy, detailed project plans, and mandates for cross‑functional teams. Define work requirements, value criteria, and cost‑benefit analyses. Identify emerging business needs and adapt plans accordingly. Prioritize initiatives, releases, and functional readiness decisions. Manage issue log and product backlog. Collaborate with others to define acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet standards.
