Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Job shadow business partners to identify and document existing business processes Work with business partners and software engineers to come up with software solutions Design user interface for a custom in‑house application Document requirements for software engineers Present software solutions for business partner approval Assist software engineers during development and integration testing Work with business partners during user acceptance testing, manual writing, and implementation as needed Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older Have a High School Diploma or GED Possess a valid, unrestricted state‑issued driver's license Pass a pre‑placement background check and drug screen Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Visio Understanding of business process documentation methods Come up with software solutions to assist business processes Strong oral and written communication skills Present to business partners, vendors, and technical staff Familiarity with the software development lifecycle Multi‑task and work under time pressures and project deadlines Aviation experience preferred Physical and Other Requirements Sitting at a computer for extended periods This job posting may have an additional video interview requirement.
