This role will drive financial planning, cost control, and portfolio governance across IT projects, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and value delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT portfolio budgeting and forecasting (Capex & Opex)Monitor actuals vs budget and perform variance analysisSupport financial reporting, portfolio reviews, and governance processesTrack and optimize operational (run-the-business) IT spendingCoordinate procurement processes (PR/PO) and vendor financialsMaintain accurate financial data and improve reporting toolsEnsure compliance with financial policies, audit, and controlsCollaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and ProcurementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or related field3–5+ years of experience in IT Financial Planning, Controlling, PMO, or FinanceStrong understanding of Capex/Opex, accruals, and financial reportingExperience working with IT projects or portfoliosBackground in BFSI industry is a plusSkills & ToolsAdvanced Microsoft ExcelPower BI or TableauFamiliar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and PPM toolsStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills
