Technical Consultant – IT Management & ObservabilityWe are supporting a fast-growing, globally recognised software business in the IT management space that is expanding its high-performing technical consulting team across France. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy engaging directly with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced, consultative environment, this could be an excellent next step. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role across pre-sales, solution design, and customer success. You will work closely with customers and partners to deliver modern IT management, security, and observability solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor to strategic accounts. This is a customer-facing role requiring regular travel across France to meet clients, partners, and prospects. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof of conceptsAct as technical advisor for strategic customers across ITSM, IT operations, security, IAM, PAM and observability use casesSupport existing customers to ensure successful adoption, long-term value, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersRespond to RFIs and RFPs with clear technical input and solution proposalsDeliver enablement and training sessions for partners and customersWork closely with engineering and product teams to stay aligned with product developmentsSupport customers in aligning solutions to compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2, DORA, ANSSIRequired ExperienceStrong technical foundation across IT Service Management, IT Operations, Digital Workplace, Security, and ObservabilityPrevious experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roleHands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Splunk, Darktrace, LogRhythm, Halo, SolarWinds or similar platformsConfident delivering presentations, demos, and technical workshops to both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated with strong time management and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in French and English (mandatory)Salary on offer is up to €70,000 per year with added benefits.
