Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to support public health initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on improving IT systems within the Bureau of Infectious Diseases. The role involves drafting RFPs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting RFPs for the Immunization Information System.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and document requirements.
• Lead IT project initiatives and ensure vendor management.
• Establish quality goals and metrics for project compliance.
• Mentor state staff and promote knowledge sharing.

Key Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of IT project consulting experience in Public Health Management Information Systems.
• Expertise in developing business requirements for IT systems.
• Proven IT project leadership skills.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with ODH applications and RFP processes.
