Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant 3 to support essential public health initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in IT project management within public health systems. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance project outcomes and ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and draft RFPs for IT systems in line with state guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and document project requirements.
• Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality metrics.
• Mentor state staff and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Assist in vendor management post-contract award.

Technical Skills Required:

• 6+ years in IT project consulting for Public Health Management Information Systems
• 6+ years of experience in developing Business Requirements for IT systems
• 6+ years of IT project leadership experience
• 6+ years of vendor management expertise
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
