Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Contracts Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based in Maryland Heights, MO. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or IT vendor coordination. This role supports the management of IT contracts, and vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

As an IT Contracts Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal IT teams, legal departments, and external vendors to manage contract lifecycles and facilitate efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining IT contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, and vendor renewals.
  • Monitor contract terms and deadlines to ensure timely renewals or amendments.
  • Maintain a database of contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
  • Track and report vendor performance metrics, including SLA adherence and service quality.
  • Support vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor proposals and negotiating pricing for IT services and products.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Research and recommend vendors based on organizational needs and market trends.
  • Ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor agreements and services.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation for compliance reviews.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to address contract-related inquiries and modifications.
  • Provide regular updates to IT leadership on vendor and contract performance.
  • Support cross-functional projects that involve IT vendors or procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT procurement, contract administration, or vendor management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management systems or ERP software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and vendor relationship best practices is preferred.
