Position Overview Green Bay Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Coordinator to support all aspects of Information Technology at our facility. This role involves troubleshooting desktop, mobile, network, and wireless systems, coordinating IT projects, and ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities ·    Provide technical support for desktop, mobile, network, and wireless systems ·    Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring appropriate use of company resources ·    Compile project status reports and maintain project schedules ·    Facilitate project meetings and document all project phases ·    Identify and resolve technical issues and system requirements ·    Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables ·    Collaborate with Corporate IT to maintain company-wide standards   Qualifications ·         1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or coordination role ·         Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred ·         Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with end users ·         Solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and LAN/WAN configurations ·         Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) preferred ·         Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills ·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities ·         High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities   Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
