Job Description:
- The Business Technology (BT) team at Client is responsible for delivering great user experiences through secure, scalable technology, enabling processes that power the business, and helping Client achieve its mission. To do this, we collaborate intensely with the best minds and teams at Client that run our business.
- The IT Delivery CRM Systems and Application Integrations Lead leads the execution and continuous improvement of our CRM platforms (Salesforce) and integration tools (Workato, SnapLogic).
- The CRM delivery team consists of more than 10 people globally, including technical product owners, architects, delivery leads, scrum masters, and engineers, ensuring effective collaboration with IT product ownership to deliver seamless enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership: Drive the execution of CRM and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
- Partnership with IT Product Ownership: Work closely with IT product owners to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, balancing innovation with execution excellence.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing global IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with GTM business leaders and IT product owners to understand evolving priorities and drive strategic alignment.
- CRM and Integration Execution: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo, and integration platforms like Workato and SnapLogic.
- Process Optimization: To enhance speed and efficiency, implement best practices in Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and technology providers to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure CRM and integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in IT delivery, with a strong focus on CRM systems and application integrations.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketo, and integration platforms like Workato and SnapLogic.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing global IT teams in an enterprise environment.
- Strong experience collaborating with IT product ownership teams to deliver business value.
- Experience implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies for IT delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment, and influence senior executives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
