IT Depot Support Technician - Depot Asset Management
Asset management, Scheduling deployments, Receiving product, Inventory Reporting
Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems
Assist users with software installations, updates, and technical issues
Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory
Perform device imaging and deployment using tools like MDT or manual processes
Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets
Track asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning using inventory systems
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and licensing requirements
Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by provisioning and reclaiming IT equipment
Provide remote and in-person support to ensure minimal downtime
Collaborate with IT and procurement teams for inventory audits and reporting
Document technical issues, solutions, and asset updates in ticketing systems
