IT Depot Support Technician - Depot Asset Management

  • Asset management, Scheduling deployments, Receiving product, Inventory Reporting

  • Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Assist users with software installations, updates, and technical issues

  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory

  • Perform device imaging and deployment using tools like MDT or manual processes

  • Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets

  • Track asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning using inventory systems

  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies and licensing requirements

  • Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by provisioning and reclaiming IT equipment

  • Provide remote and in-person support to ensure minimal downtime

  • Collaborate with IT and procurement teams for inventory audits and reporting

  • Document technical issues, solutions, and asset updates in ticketing systems
