Join to apply for the IT End User Services Technician role at CommonSpirit Health Responsibilities Members of the End User Services (EUS) Technical Support team are responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop, notebook, and mobile PC workstations, printers, and peripherals. Respond to incidents and problems, fulfill requests, and understand the business implications of hardware and system issues to appropriately set incident severity levels. Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical problems and engage other IT areas to resolve issues. Understand the technical infrastructure and hardware requirements, and support integration of desktop systems within enterprise standards. Monitor hardware performance and maintain a secure environment. Understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strive for operational improvements. Provide desktop support, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, and act as a subject matter expert for specific device types. Participate in projects, respond to customer requests, and maintain asset and knowledge management systems. Assist with device deployment, proactive maintenance, and participate in on-call rotations. Work collaboratively with users, stakeholders, and adhere to policies and procedures, contributing to policy development. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in the service industry required. Associates degree or technical certification preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus.
