Job Title : IT Engineer

Location : 4001 Lexington Ave N, Arden Hills, MN 55126

Description:

1. Onsite Availability in Customer premises.

2. P1/ P2 Support during off business hours

3. Network devices Administration/ configuration/ troubleshooting/ upgradation (Cisco, Aruba, Firewall, Wireless devices etc.), certificate management, network device lifecycle management

4. ISP coordination's (Data and Voice Circuit issues/ troubleshooting's)

5. OEM/ vendor (Cisco, Aruba, Infoblox, UPS etc.) coordination's for Device related issues

6. Network Device Racking / Stacking (H&F support) in data centre

7. Device collection and dispatching to remote locations

8. Inventory Management

9. Data Centre Management

10. Remote office coordination's for network device/ data centre issues

11. Basic Understanding on Network Security devices(Firewall/ checkpoint).

12. Excellent Verbal and Written communication.

13. Basic knowledge of ITIL process

14. Basic understand of Ticketing tool (ServiceNow).
