IT Engineer - Entry Level Apply
If youre a PC technician with a few years of experience under your belt and looking to become a full-fledged IT Engineer, this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, configuring, and maintaining complex IT systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues with a smile
- Collaborate with our team of driven tech professionals to solve challenging problems
- Perform server and directory administration
- Manage private and public clouds
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks according to best practices
- Document and report IT incidents, problems, and resolutions
Qualifications:
- An information technology background with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Eagerness to dive headfirst into the world of Server and Network IT Engineering
- A knack for problem-solving and an insatiable curiosity for technology
- Experienced in IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless networks, and firewalls
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and VMware
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Knowledge in PowerShell scripting, command line, or other systems automation tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Drivers License
- Punctual and reliable
