IT Support Engineer II (Warehouse Infrastructure) Location: Onsite – Mexico City, Mexico Reports to: IT Manager, Warehouse Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Intended Conversion to Full-Time) Position Overview Company Overseas IT supports the company’s rapid global expansion by building scalable, secure, and future-ready IT infrastructure across warehouse and logistics operations. We are seeking a hands‑on IT Support Engineer II with strong infrastructure experience to support on‑site warehouse operations. This is not an entry‑level or ticket‑only role. The ideal candidate can independently diagnose and resolve technical issues in fast‑paced environments. Primary Responsibilities Provide Level 2 onsite support for desktops, laptops, Zebra printers, scanners, and mobile devices. Administer Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, domain troubleshooting). Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and switch connectivity. Support LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks. Manage endpoint devices using Intune, JAMF, SCCM, or similar MDM platforms. Perform device imaging, patch management, and lifecycle support. Use scripting tools (PowerShell preferred) to automate administrative tasks. Support Windows/Linux servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance monitoring. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 4+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure/support experience. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments. Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching). Experience with MDM tools (Intune or JAMF preferred). Basic scripting/automation experience (PowerShell preferred). Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English. Who We’re Looking For Independent problem‑solver with strong ownership mindset. Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment. Technically confident and able to explain real‑world troubleshooting experience. Strong communicator capable of collaborating cross‑functionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
