4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Junior PACS Administrators for a healthcare organization's radiology department. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role built for someone early in their IT career who wants to grow into imaging systems support, with training provided on the job.
Junior PACS Administrator Responsibilities
Provide on-site, first-level IT support for radiology workstations and PACS users across assigned imaging center locations in the Central Florida area
Respond to incoming support calls, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues on radiology workstations and reading stations
Communicate proactively with providers during active issues, providing status updates and estimated time to repair approximately every 30 minutes
Travel between assigned sites as needed to provide hands‑on support
Support advanced client applications used by radiology staff, including reading station and diagnostic monitor setups
Assist with installation, setup, and testing of radiology hardware components
Escalate complex PACS issues to senior administrators as needed
Assist with day‑to‑day monitoring of radiology workstation performance and uptime
Junior PACS Administrator Qualifications
Familiarity with PACS and how it’s used in a healthcare/radiology setting is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and advanced client applications
Strong communication skills, comfortable providing regular status updates to providers
Comfortable traveling locally between multiple sites within Central FL and Tampa, FL
Comfortable working on‑site in a hands‑on, fast‑paced healthcare environment
Prior IT field support, hardware support, or help desk experience is a plus, but not required
Junior PACS Administrator Details
Location: must be local to Orlando, FL, full travelin the field
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; occasional Saturday coverage possible with flexible scheduling
Training: Hands‑on onboarding shadowing field support and hardware teams, including software‑side training on common issues and fixes
Duration: Minimum 6‑month contract, pilot program with potential for extension (no guarantee of permanent placement)
