DESCRIPTION:

Duties include moving, installing, replacing and testing computer equipment, performing software installations and updates, training users, conducting preventative maintenance, preparing reports and conducting audits. Additional duties may include performing routine trouble-shooting and problem resolution and providing routine support for customers using UPS software and systems.
