  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the main contact with DOJ attorneys and stakeholders, translating needs into technical requirements.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure adherence to government IT standards, conduct system training, and manage key performance metrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to lead and direct a technical team.
  • Advanced expertise in systems development, web technologies, databases, and development tools.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for communicating complex solutions effectively to DOJ attorneys and stakeholders.
