Our innovative, IT solutions client wants to add an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to their team due to internal growth.

Highlights:

  • W-2, direct hire role
  • Pay Rate: $25-29/hr
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • Onsite in Beloit, WI

Ideal candidates for the IT Help Desk Support Specialist role will have 1-3 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Resolving IT support requests from employees and customers
  • Upgrading and maintaining Windows hardware, software, and other applications
  • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
  • Generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
  • Updating employees on the status of their service requests
  • Logging service requests and updating tickets as needed
  • CompTIA certifications
