Extension is seeking a Helpdesk Technician II for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oak Creek, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II technical support for end users, managing incoming helpdesk tickets via phone, email, and Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and office hardware.
- Perform hardware lifecycle management, including imaging, provisioning, and equipment swaps.
- Support enterprise applications and assist with administration of O365, printers, and communication tools.
- Mentor junior Helpdesk Technicians and contribute to IT documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate IT Helpdesk or technical support environment.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or currently enrolled).
- Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
- Preferred: experience in banking, healthcare, or insurance environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Intune, Citrix, SharePoint, Exchange Admin Center, SCCM, or similar systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and printer configuration.
- Experience writing technical documentation and user guides.
Salary Information
$24-$26/hr depending on experience, plus full benefits package.
