PAY RATE: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Summary:
-
Provide exceptional customer support by building effective relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
-
Manage cable plant operations and return merchandise authorizations.
-
Set up new workstations and administer license management.
-
Collect, organize, and distribute technical and administrative documentation.
-
Provide help desk support, application training, and resolve technical issues.
-
Maintain pre-loaded hard drive images for fast PC deployment.
-
Coordinate hardware, software, and system updates.
-
Assist with equipment installation, setup, and maintenance for workstations, printers, and other IT devices.
-
Upgrade IT systems as approved by executive staff.
-
Manage and maintain IT assets and storage areas.
-
Ensure a clean, organized workspace.
-
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
-
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
-
Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Political Asylee).

Strong knowledge of computers, software, and technical support.
-
Experience with Windows 10 and administering Active Directory (Windows Server 2012/2016).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and support.
-
Excellent customer service skills and technical writing ability.
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-
Proficient in interpreting technical documents, writing reports, and delivering presentations.
-
Problem-solving ability with minimal guidance.
-
Ability to sit for extended periods, lift/move up to 10-25 pounds, and perform tasks requiring close vision and color distinction.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel or work overtime as needed.
