This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling technical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing and office environment. QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk rolesStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networkingExperience in hardware troubleshooting (PC, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.)Familiar with Active Directory, user account management, and access controlBasic understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi configurationExperience with ticketing systems and IT documentationGood problem-solving and communication skillsService-minded attitude and able to work under pressureFluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills required️ Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support to employeesInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and softwareTroubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivityManage user accounts, email setup, and access permissionsMaintain IT asset inventory and documentationEscalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when necessarySupport system updates, patches, and antivirus managementEnsure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity guidelinesAssist in IT projects and system rollouts when required
