IT Infrastructure Project Mgr Apply
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for planning, executing, and governing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions and platform initiatives. Oversee the execution of programs, and projects across data centers, hybrid cloud, compute, storage, network, and database platforms to meet performance, availability, security, and cost objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs and projects (data center, cloud, compute, storage, network, database), from initiation through deployment, and handoff to operations. Establish and manage delivery governance including stage gates, design/architecture reviews, and readiness assessments. Coordinate cross-functional teams (architecture, platform engineering, operations, security, app teams) to align design, build, test, and cutover activities. Maintain integrated delivery schedules and critical paths; proactively manage risks, issues, and impediments to protect scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Drive performance resiliency, and compliance requirements into delivery plans in partnership with Security, SRE, and Capacity Planning. Create and publish delivery KPIs and dashboards (e.g., on-time delivery, change failure rate, MTTR post cutover, cost/scope variance, delivery throughput). Champion continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, simplifying processes, and maturing delivery tooling and automation. Support incident and problem management for delivery-related defects; drive corrective actions and architectural/operational hardening. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Pay Range: $93,851.00 - $180,195.00 per year. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field. Five (5) years' experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or technical program/project management delivering complex enterprise initiatives. Demonstrated experience with data center and/or cloud delivery (e.g., migration, platform builds, refresh, lifecycle programs). Strong knowledge of compute/virtualization, storage/backup, networking, databases, and hybrid cloud concepts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
