IT Integration Specialist Apply

Job Profile:
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate the execution of tasks from the IT integration playbook, supporting multiple M&A projects simultaneously
o Lead the migration of data and/or software acquired through M&A projects
o Train new users on core-functions of IT software or infrastructure
o Travel regionally, 1-2 times/month or as needed, to lead IT integration efforts
o Coordinate the migration of telephony infrastructure and assets after acquisitions
o Refine IT integration playbooks & strategies based on deal feedback
Requirements
Proficiencies:
o Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
o Exceptional time management skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
o Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in process
o Analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated planning and organization skills
o Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources
Preferred Experience:
o Data migrations and/or system transitions
o Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
o Home-services industry experience
o Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree
o Experience using SmartSheet project management software
o Pest control industry knowledge and/or experience
