Job Description-:

Candidate will have manufacturing experience.

5-weeks PTO after 30 days (Anniversary-based w/up to 40 hours unused rollover)

Paid Holidays, Bereavement, etc.

Reports to CEO, but will work very closely with Corporate Buyer and HR Manager for day-to-day things

On-Site required

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and enhance the technology infrastructure for our client located in Fort Wayne. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage our IT systems and drive technological advancements that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of comprehensive IT systems and software platforms.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and budgets to support organizational objectives.
• Provide advanced technical support and oversee system administration.
• Manage software licensing and user access to ensure compliance.
• Ensure network security and maintain system reliability to protect company data.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Expert knowledge in computer software, networking, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficiency in IT support methodologies and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
• This is an onsite role, so candidates must be commutable to Fort Wayne.
