Position Summary The IT Principal serves as a senior technical and strategic leader responsible for driving the organization’s technology vision, architecture, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute long‑term IT strategies aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role. Proven success managing large‑scale IT initiatives and cross‑functional teams. Microsoft Excel SQL Server ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics) Data management and integration tools Network and infrastructure design Soft Skills Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
