[Job ID: 1149618] Responsibilities Manage and support the Singapore office network (LAN/VLAN, internet, VPN). Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues. Maintain network documentation, user access, authentication, and permissions. Liaise with HQ teams and vendors to ensure compliance with group and industry standards. Act as Information Security Lead: develop and implement security policies, conduct assessments, training, and incident response. Support security, corporate, and internal audits. Requirements Hands‑on IT experience across end‑user support (L1/L2), network administration, and basic security operations. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and network troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows 11, and iOS environments. Hands‑on support experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet products. Experience in cybersecurity or information security roles (policies, training, incident response).
