Job Description:
Job Summary:
- The Atlanta client Tech & Digital GMS Systems Analyst will support the IT Site Lead Business Partner with daily IT-related topics across all enterprise technology areas.
- This role focuses on ongoing technical operations, with a key focus on manufacturing technologies, including digital services, business intelligence, network security, compliance, and infrastructure.
- The role involves working with global cross-functional teams to deliver projects and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain IDF rooms, check construction readiness regularly, coordinate gear installation, and keep rooms in good condition.
- Patch ELAN/RLAN systems as needed.
- Install and configure lab equipment software installation and configuration as per vendor requirements on the client-built benchtop devices.
- Set up office and lab workplaces.
- Assist with site projects and installations, including AV rooms, Tier Boards, Printers, Digital Signage, etc.
- Manage IT hardware deliveries and storage room management (we are still getting a lot of equipment).
- Support the ZTD Site Lead in executing developed IT strategies for respective sites and coordinate global upgrades.
- Act as a liaison between global and business teams.
- Assist in communications between ZTD and the GMS business.
- Support the business in rolling out new and existing capabilities to strengthen digital expansion and maturity.
- Support ZTD initiatives to advise the business at the site level on tech and digital innovation.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or other relevant field.
- 3/5+ years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of IT principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
