Job Details:

Title: Quality Program Manager

Location: Montgomery, AL (Onsite)

Type: Contract 10 Months (Probability of Extension)

Description:

• To oversee the quality and testing efforts, established an Enterprise Quality Program (EQP) to support and implement quality goals and is seeking a Enterprise Quality Program Manager to support the project.
• Enterprise Quality Program Manager will be responsible for the success of the testing program and will be responsible for planning, procuring testing services, vendor management, and the overall test effectiveness of the program.

Experienced Required:

• 7 - 10 years quality assurance and test management experience
• 3 - 5 years developing test strategies for complex business applications and systems
• 3 5 years of experience with large multi-vendor projects or teams
• 3 5 years of experience working with senior management and key stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of all MS-Office products with strong MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.

Skills Preferred:

• Experience on a Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer Project
• Program Management and Project management experience
• Concepts of automated testing experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiative
• Building Request For Proposals(RFPS) and evaluation submitted proposals
• Demonstrated effective analytical, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or similar field; or 9+ years of equivalent work experience.
