Responsibilities

Manage and document existing IT and communications systems, services, applications, and licenses.

Review requirements for new systems, recommend, design, implement, and manage useful cost-efficient solutions.

Provide support on system-wide issues.

Manage migration of legacy systems to new Servers and Cloud systems.

Implement Microsoft enterprise licensing and configure systems for security and high availability.

Coordinate security and device management deployments.

Improve and automate onboarding for new users and devices.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Relevant recent Microsoft or IT certifications are a plus

Experience with large-scale IT deployments

Experience in VMWare ESXi and vSphere environments.

Microsoft Azure, AD, Office 365, SharePoint, and TEAMS

MS Exchange, Spam filtering Email security

VOIP, conferencing, communications, & chat systems

Remote monitoring & management

Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Resourcefulness and attention to detail

Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects responsibilities

Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills
