We are looking for an experienced IT Network Manager to lead the architecture, design, engineering, implementation, operation, and maintenance of PBGC's voice, video, and data networks. This senior-level role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of network operations within a complex IT environment. The IT Network Manager will oversee all aspects of networking and provide strategic direction to support organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage the architecture, design, engineering, and daily operations of PBGC's voice, video, and data networks.
- Ensure the seamless integration and performance of network systems within a complex IT environment.
- Conduct and facilitate effective communication through quality oral and written reports related to IT networking.
- Lead cross-functional network initiatives and collaborate with various IT teams to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Manage troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance of networking infrastructure to ensure system integrity and continuity.

- Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certification

- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT networking.
- Demonstrated experience managing voice, video, and data networks in a large, complex IT environment of similar scope.

- Extensive experience managing network infrastructure for voice, video, and data in large and complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear and effective communication to all levels of an organization about network operations and strategies.
