The IT Operational and Technical Support Program Manager will oversee the seamless functioning of IT Operations across the project. Serve as the central point of coordination and communication for all IT Operations activities, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders. Monitor the quality control to include Contractor personnel performance and quality of products in support of the project.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Ensure smooth operation of IT Operational across all departments, including:
    • Technical and IT Operational support
    • Cybersecurity and Traditional security support
    • Assessment and Authorization Assessments
    • Helpdesk and end-user support
    • Application and database development
    • Automation support
    • Telecommunications support
    • Information Managements support
    • Digital transformation support
    • Logistics support
    • Business process support
  • Coordinate and communicate all IT Operations activities, including planned and unplanned events, to keep program stakeholders informed about potential impacts and resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT Operations activities of the project, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT Operations project workflow, activities, and their interdependencies, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HQ office and Customer on all IT Operations activities, performance, and issues.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing the required activities to support documentation to meet the project and Customer’s data compliance requirements (e.g., legal, data policy).

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of related experience with at least five (5) years in DoD or Navy IT systems.
  • Must have knowledge of DoD contractual process.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams of 50+ people
  • Security Clearance Level: Secret required, Top Secret preferred.
  • US Citizenship Required.
