Role: Experienced IT Operations Process Expert

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough assessment of LLA's IT operations processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to LLA team members.
• Document processes and create clear process maps.
• Collaborate with LLA stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT operations with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the telecommunications industry.
• Previous experience with Liberty Latin America or similar organizations.
• Project management experience.
