Job Title: IT Organizational Change Management (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with IT project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify the effects of IT changes on various stakeholders and business processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.
  • Design and deliver change management communications, training programs, and support materials to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Identify and address resistance to change by engaging with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to mitigate concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts through metrics, feedback, and performance assessments.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders on best practices for managing change and supporting their teams through transitions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and lessons learned from change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing organizational change within an IT context, with a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address potential impacts and risks associated with IT changes.
  • Experience designing and delivering training and communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in change management tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
