Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated IT Product Sales Representative (Mid to Senior level) with strong experience in research-driven lead generation, outbound calling, meeting scheduling, and selling SaaS-based products and software services. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who excels at identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and closing SaaS and IT services deals.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-depth market and account research to identify target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunitiesDrive high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting on a daily basisSchedule qualified sales meetings and demos with key stakeholders (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, Business Leaders)Sell SaaS-based products and software services, including cloud solutions, enterprise software, and digital platformsOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting? qualification? presentation? negotiation? closureBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent calling and follow-upsClearly articulate value propositions of SaaS products and software services to customersWork closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needsTrack all research activities, calls, meetings, and opportunities in CRM systemsConsistently meet or exceed lead generation, meeting scheduling, and revenue targetsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience selling SaaS-based products and software services (mandatory)Strong hands-on experience in research, outbound calling, and appointment schedulingProven success in B2B IT product sales and lead generationExperience selling SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and software services engagementsComfortable making cold calls and managing daily call targetsStrong understanding of SaaS sales metrics (ARR, MRR, renewals, upsell/cross-sell)Experience using CRM and sales tools.Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and process-focusedV2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
