Universal Industries, Inc., a well-established manufacturer of bulk material handling equipment, is seeking a part-time IT Professional to join its team. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of internal computer hardware and software systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience with SolidWorks is a plus Familiarity with manufacturing processes and practices is preferred Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices Provide technical training and support to staff on a variety of topics Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential use within the organization Plan and execute system upgrades, including hardware, software, security patches, and performance improvements Manage network security, including user accounts, permissions, firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion detection Maintain current knowledge of network infrastructure and software systems Develop and manage documentation for all hardware and software resources Ensure IT projects are completed on schedule and within budget Universal Industries, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
