IT PROGRAM MANAGER (POLICY AND PLANNING)

Information Technology Program Manager Serve as the Information Technology (IT) Program Manager (Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Lead the coordination and synchronization of technical projects across the organization to ensure alignment with mission priorities. Identify and allocate resources, including personnel, funding and technology to address operational challenges effectively. Provide guidance on IT acquisition procurement standards and policies. Integrate multiple technical and operational war fighting aspects of IT services with senior decision makers, commanders, and contract administrative executives. Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team of technical experts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide leadership and technical direction to a staff of government (military and civilians) and contractor employees.
