Change Manager Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Manager for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement activities. The position supports a major Network AI and Agentic Transformation across Network Services, ensuring execution meets stakeholder expectations in terms of readiness, communication quality, engagement effectiveness, and adoption progress.
Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement activities
Communicate target outcomes and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholder groups
Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment to agreed standards and delivery plans
Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of change and adoption deliverables
Develop communication and training materials, coordinate engagement routines, and support learning and awareness activities
Reinforce adoption expectations across domains
Facilitate sync points across central teams, change champions, and leadership representatives to enable coordinated change delivery
Requirements: Strong experience coordinating delivery of organizational change, communications, training, or adoption-focused initiatives across multiple teams or stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into structured plans, communication deliverables, training activities, and stakeholder engagement routines
Experience developing or coordinating communication materials, awareness content, learning sessions, templates, and enablement artifacts to support change adoption
Strong stakeholder coordination skills, including the ability to work across central teams, business leaders, technology stakeholders, and designated change representatives
Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution issues for change-related workstreams or transformation activities
Ability to drive consistent communication and information cascade across a federated operating model
Experience supporting adoption planning, readiness tracking, and accountability mechanisms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
Experience facilitating working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and engagement forums
Ability to organize and maintain structured plans, status reporting, and action tracking
Experience working in regulated or structured enterprise environments
Experience with Change Management, Risk Management, and Agile methodologies
Pay range: $43.78 - $51.78 per hour
