3-5 Must Haves
- Strong IT Project/ Program Management experience with Finance Systems
- Experience working closely with Finance Teams and Applications, prior hands on Finance experience is a big plus
- Must have OneStream experience
- Experience working in manufacturing, ideally automotive is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of finance transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects within the program.
- Finance Systems Expertise:
- Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of OneStream and related financial platforms.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and executive leadership to define program goals and success metrics.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
- Governance & Risk Management:
- Establish program governance frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
- Change Management & Adoption:
- Develop strategies for user adoption and training to maximize ROI on finance systems investments.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience:
- 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in finance systems and transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience implementing and managing OneStream solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation).
- Skills:
- Expertise in program governance, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with financial platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification.
- Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs within global organizations.
- Knowledge of cloud-based financial solutions and emerging technologies.
