This role requires consistent alignment with U.S.-based teams to maintain program momentum, resolve issues, and drive cross-functional decisions.Key Technical Skills (Highly Desired)Background in software developmentAWS experience or certificationExposure to data design, extraction, big data transformationProficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ConfluenceAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS ProjectKnowledge of Power BICertifications preferred: PMP, CSM, Change Management, Six Sigma Black Belt Core ResponsibilitiesLead large, complex digital projects/programs from planning through executionManage program dependencies, risks, communications, and reportingCoordinate daily with U.S.-based Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership groupsDrive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and maintain program velocity
