Clearance Requirement: Public Trust Tier 2 will be required after onboarding Full Time Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the Scalable Enterprise Network Technology for Resiliency (SENTRY) contract supporting the Client. As the primary point of contact and overall administrator for the contract, you will coordinate all tasks, deliverables, and personnel across multiple tasks orders. You will act as the crucial liaison between our technical teams, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and CBO executive leadership to ensure successful, secure, and compliant IT and Cybersecurity enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Contract & Program Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CBO, holding full authority to act on all contract matters and reporting directly to CBO leadership. Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions and implementation plans. Oversee daily progress to ensure quality standards and critical deadlines are met. Resource & Budget Management: Assign tasks to personnel, manage the project schedule, and forecast labor burn rates and budgets. Deliverable Management: Assess project deliverables to ensure they meet CBO requirements and security standards. Prepare detailed task proposals, including budget and schedule development. Risk Mitigation: Continuously identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for potential technical and project-related risks. Documentation & Policy: Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and work instructions for the CBO enterprise environment. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold Permanent Residence Status. A minimum of 5 years of proven program management experience, specifically encompassing the execution and oversight of major federal IT programs. PMP Certification OR a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. A solid, working understanding of enterprise Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively brief senior-level executives, provide clear status updates on concurrent activities, and quantify complex technical recommendations. Hands‑on experience with industry‑standard project management tools. High attention to detail regarding both technical deliverables and administrative compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. Education/Work Experience Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
