  2. Project Execution and Monitoring:

    • Lead project teams and coordinate activities across functional areas, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
    • Monitor project progress, track tasks, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  3. Stakeholder Communication and Management:

    • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project team members.
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive decision-making.
  4. Resource Management and Team Leadership:

    • Allocate resources effectively and manage project team members' workload and performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and milestones.
  5. Quality Assurance and Project Closure:

    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements.
    • Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems integration, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technical project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and issues effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) are advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects within budget and schedule, with a focus on delivering business value and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and stakeholders.
