Skillset : JIRA / FINANCE Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, successfully delivering complex technical projects. Good understanding of software development methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (such as JIRA, ServiceNow and Confluence). Strong technical background, with in-depth knowledge of software development processes and technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Exceptional organization and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
