Position Summary: As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is pivotal in driving our organization's success through effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and provide solutions.
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.
- Track and report project status to senior management.
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
