Position Summary: As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role is pivotal in driving our organization's success through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and provide solutions.
  • Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.
  • Track and report project status to senior management.
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
