Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead IT projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and progress tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and quality parameters.

Team Coordination:

• Experienced with all phases of SDLC and able to co-ordinate with various roles
• Manage an offshore development team based in India, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization.
• Coordinate with internal developers, UX designers, and testers to meet project objectives.
• Address roadblocks and foster collaboration across teams.

Technical Focus:

• Oversee projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and Salesforce implementations/enhancements.
• Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively.

Reporting and Communication:

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress, risks, and resolutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis.
• Proven experience managing projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed resources.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation, workflows, and user stories.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Salesforce Admin or related certification (preferred but not required).
