It Project Manager Apply
Duties May Include:
- Initiate, plan, and manage information technology projects across multiple HRD systems and platforms
- Lead and guide technical teams in system implementations, migrations, and enhancements
- Coordinate with Government Work Assignment Managers on task scheduling, priorities, and resource allocation
- Manage contract deliverables, performance metrics, and financial status reporting
- Ensure compliance with DOI, IBC, and HRD government policies and procedures
- Facilitate communication between contractor staff, government personnel, and stakeholders
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT project management experience
- Experience managing government IT contracts and teams in federal environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies including Agile and SAFe
- Experience with enterprise systems supporting HR, payroll, or financial operations
- Strong understanding of federal IT security requirements and NIST guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain NACI/Moderate Background Investigation clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Software AG products (Natural, ADABAS)
- Knowledge of federal personnel and payroll systems (FPPS experience highly preferred)
- Experience with GSA STARS III or similar GWAC vehicles
