Role : IT PM

Duration : 12 month contract

Location : Memphis, Tn (onsite)

Position Summary:

Client has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager to lead a business process transformation project for the Order-to-Cash cycle for one of their product lines. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, have Order-to-Cash (OtC) business process knowledge with experience managing business process transformation projects, enterprise applications experience, and be an excellent communicator with a proven history of interfacing directly with executive level leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise applications related projects
• Develop project plan, chair weekly status meetings, deliver project on-time / on budget
• Oversee / work with IT leadership and business staff to define end state
• Resolve business and technical issues mitigating project risk
• Significant knowledge around OtC cycle and associated business processes
• Experience leading business transformation projects ideally in the OtC space
• Excellent knowledgebase and understanding of IT enterprise applications used in the OtC cycle
• Understanding of and familiarity with developing new BPP's for business functionality changes, documentation, etc.
• Ability to multi-thread projects in a fast paced environment
• Proactive in nature and ability to drive project deliverables in a caring/direct manner
• SAP experience preferred, though not required
• Previous Life Science experience preferred, though not required
• Excellent communication skills with proven history of interfacing directly with executive level leadership
