The role is embedded within the GSD membership program, as part of a broader SEC mandate requiring the implementation of TRACE (Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine) reporting capabilities. You will join a team is responsible for delivering the full implementation lifecycle working in close collaboration with Compliance, Front Office, and Operations teams. Role Define and formalize business requirements for the TRACE reporting implementation in coordination with PPT and Compliance teams Drive and coordinate end-to-end testing phases, including functional and regression testing Produce and maintain functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle Organize and lead the transfer to BAU, ensuring operational readiness and knowledge continuity Act as the primary point of contact between IT, Front Office, and Regulatory stakeholders Monitor delivery milestones, raise risks, and report progress to senior management Support PPT trade operations during the run phase of the implementation Profile 5–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Business Analyst in Capital Markets / Investment Banking Strong knowledge of TRACE reporting or equivalent fixed income regulatory reporting frameworks Solid understanding of Fixed Income products and post-trade workflows (mandatory) Experience working within compliance-driven or regulatory implementation programs (SEC, FINRA, or equivalent) Familiarity with GSD/DTCC membership frameworks is a strong plus Proven ability to write clear business requirements and functional specifications Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and managing test campaigns Structured, autonomous, and comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
