Conduct several Requirement Gathering Sessions (RGS) for gaining detailed requirements from various projects including Client Intake File Processing, Master Member Index Application for member population, EHR Configuration and Integration with Scheduling Application, and Care Plan Application. Prepare Mapping Documents, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Master Configuration Documents, Vendor Packages, Test Plan Document. Configure EHR system for business from scratch using the Business Requirements and recommended creative solutions and workarounds for unavailable features still under development from the vendor. Responsible for communicating projectstatus to business stakeholders. Frequent travel may be required to unanticipated worksite locations within US.
