Your role includes overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality results.Role Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectationsLead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring the successful deployment of applications for core business operations and consumer engagementEnsure projects follow established development methodologies, such as Agile or WaterfallServe as the primary point of contact for business units, engineering teams, and third-party vendorsIdentify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues to avoid delays or failuresDeliver projects tailored to banking industry needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and integration with financial systemsFoster a collaborative environment and support team members in achieving project objectivesIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectivenessCompetencies:Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies for IT and software development and mobile applications, including Agile and WaterfallTechnical Acumen: Deep understanding of SDLC processes and software development best practices.
